Who are you and what do you do?
I’m Meghan Stein. And I’m an Operations Manager at Genni & Co.
What’s something we don’t know about you?
I am currently working on my debut novel, keep an eye out for it!
What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
I have a lot of goals that I want to achieve, and a lot of self imposed timelines on said goals. So, call if self impending doom.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
I have way too many! Books. Music. My friends, my dogs.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
I think the best inspiration comes from human experience and learning through others’ shared experiences. Being a writer my best work comes from the stories I am told.
How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
Working with influencers, brands and artists creates a constant flow of creativity and inspiration. I am so lucky to have been part of so many influential projects that keep me motivated and eager to continue progressing
Where is your favorite place to decompress and unwind?
A place I’ve never been, with people I’ve known my whole life, and a drink we’ve never tried.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?
I feel my best when I am being my most authentic self. To stay in good vibrations I remind myself of how far I have come in life, and remind myself of the people in my life that love me

The community, the collaboration and the studio space! The staff is also incredibly supportive, encouraging and fun!
