FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Two decades of extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry managing and developing significant projects across London and the USA. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fostering dynamic small businesses led him to the realm of coworking, where he found fulfillment in collaborating with ambitious individuals. Recognizing the burgeoning Production Industry’s needs and the demand for content creation studios, Matthew leveraged his real estate expertise to establish Ampersand Studios, a testament to his vision and commitment to supporting creative ventures.
