Everything we do is inspired by the creative community we support, and as we expand our community to Nashville, TN this summer, we’re pleased to give you a first look behind the design.
Ampersand Studios Nashville is opening in the city’s first timber-framed office building located on historic Music Row – just one block from Edgehill Village. Our coworking and content studio will be on the 2nd floor of 1030 16th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212.
The 26,000 sq. ft. encapsulates spacious private offices and elevated workspaces specifically designed for today’s hybrid workforce. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be met with floor to ceiling glass windows, 14’ high ceilings and an abundance of natural light – all thoughtfully designed with the local creative industry, energy, and soul in mind.

To help ensure that our environment shapes our member’s experience, we partnered with the experts at Sandra Britt Interiors to bring our space to life. In our Miami space, the team at Sandra Britt redefined what a workplace looks and feels like. Now, leading up to our Nashville opening, the team is working on creating bespoke spaces and designing an experience that will inspire the very creatives that work from it each day.
When asked about the design aesthetic, Brittnie McAninley, Principal & Lead Designer at Sandra Britt shared, “Ampersand Studios is known for its elevated design and character throughout, so our aim for this location was that it delivered a look and feel that is just as impactful. Our original inspiration for the offices came from Victorian vintage greenhouses. There’s a charm to the casing that’s inherently inviting, much like the people and overall feel of Nashville. You will find a lot of textures and warm tones thoughtfully placed to create a relaxed, residential feel so Ampersand’s members feel at home.”
