Grateful for the Community We’ve Built
Back in 2018, we started with just one space and a handful of Members. What began as shared tables and late-night edits quickly became something bigger: a community where creativity and ambition collide.
Today, as we head into 2026, Ampersand Studios will soon span three locations: Miami Arts District, Music Row, and Nashville Yards with hundreds of Members who choose us for a reason, because this is where ideas turn into impact.
They come for the collaboration that happens naturally, the culture that fuels growth, and the connections that open doors. Ampersand will always be the center of creativity & business and ambition together. From one space to three, the heartbeat remains the same: a community built on vision, passion, and the belief that together, we go further.

In Miami and Nashville, we’ve been fortunate to partner with organizations like the American Advertising Federation, We Met in Miami, Miami CRE, Lotus House, Second Harvest, Vanderbilt University, and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Together, we’re not just building a community within our walls, we’re helping strengthen the creative economy around us.
