Who are you and what do you do?
I’m Alejandra Carrera, Owner & CEO of Soul Media Management and Co-Founder of the Faceless Esthetician Vault. I help beauty and wellness entrepreneurs elevate their businesses through intentional social media strategies, impactful content creation, and digital products that make it easier for them to show up online with confidence, consistency, and a brand presence that truly reflects their vision.
What’s something we don’t know about you?
I’ve always felt the drive to create my own creative agency. I started by helping people turn their social media into their portfolio, and that journey quickly became my passion.
What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
The idea that I get to support other women in building brands that change their lives and their clients’ lives. Every project I take on has a ripple effect, and that impact motivates me daily.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
Definitely my computer and my phone, I think I’m a little workaholic. I always have them with me, ready to create, connect, and keep building.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
They usually come in quiet moments, when I’m journaling, having my morning coffee, or brainstorming with clients. I also love exploring new places, going on adventures, and connecting with nature. Stepping outside always sparks my creativity.
How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
I lean into community. Whether it’s brainstorming with my clients, my team, or my business partner, collaboration always reignites my creativity.
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
Any place where I can connect with nature, a beach, a park, or anywhere outdoors where I can reset and recharge.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?
I feel my best when I’m aligned with my routines: moving my body, staying intentional with my time, and surrounding myself with positive, driven people.
