The mind is a gentle thing the body carries it along the way.

With all that’s behind us, we’ve begun to refocus our sights on personal maintenance. After all, life is a marathon, not a sprint. Here is the quick go-to guide we use daily to keep things moving, flowing and to retain that deep sense of calm – no matter the weather.

Get comfortable.

You can lie on your back in bed or on the floor with a pillow under your head and knees.

Breathe in through your nose. Let your belly fill with air.

Breathe out through your nose.

Place one hand on your belly.

As you breathe in, feel your belly rise.

Take three more full, deep breaths.

Repeat until calm.
