What’s something we don’t know about you?
I am an endless wanderer. Love walking through cities with no destination or point of reference, and then finding more to explore.
What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
The ability to provide my kids with generational opportunities. We always talk about generational wealth, but what about the opportunity of actually being whatever your heart desires. Maybe that comes from wealth, but maybe it doesn’t.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
F&F – Family and Friends. Absolutely necessary.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
Morning walks. The time before the world wakes up and I get to see the stars. Something special about seeing the brightest stars at 4 or 5am.
How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
Connect with colleagues that are ultra creatives. I have a group of friends and colleagues that when I am around them the ideas are expansive and effortless. Share space with them.
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
A run. Morning, afternoon or night, a good run always eases the pressures of the day.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?
Feel my best in the AM, after a morning walk and a prayer. Daily habit of making time for the walk, run keeps my vibrations high.

The space is beautiful with all the natural light and comfortable seating. The & team is awesome and I am always engaging with someone on a variety of ideas and practices.
