Who are you and what do you do?

I’m an on-air personality, storyteller, and media coach. I help brands, music artists, executives, and production companies build trust and connection through the power of storytelling.

In my world, no two days look the same. Whether I’m interviewing an artist, media training an executive,or helping a brand get to the heart of their messaging, my goal is always the same: to tell stories that build connection, foster understanding, and celebrate what makes each of us uniquely who we are.

My work has taken me from hosting Guest List Radio with Ashley Eicheron Apple Music Country, a daily music news show for Rolling Stone Country, television concert specials, and corporate events to producing content for ABC,Good Morning America, the ACM Awards, and CBS.

Currently, I’m casting Season 22 of The Bachelorette for ABC with Taylor Frankie Paul, and Season 30 of The Bachelor. It’s a new lane for me, but I’ve loved the opportunity to interview so many incredible people, each with a fascinating story and all doing remarkable things in the world.

What’s something we don’t know about you?

One of the most beautiful gifts in my life is getting to produce and host The Dollar Club—a monthly, story-driven video series created in partnership with Tennessee-based Cross Point Church. The series highlights inspiring stories of generosity and community support, encouraging global giving through simple, impactful acts of kindness.

In 2024, we celebrated 10 years of The Dollar Club and the more than 100 individuals, families, and organizations who have been helped through these stories. To mark the milestone, our team created a 20-minute documentary that reflects on the history of the series, revisits past recipients, and honors the powerful ripple effect that generosity can have on lives and communities.

Also, I could live off chips and salsa and have never met a dance floor I didn’t love.

What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?

My family, my community, and the opportunity to get  to know and learn from the people I meet.

What is one thing you can’t live without?

The water. I was a competitive swimmer growing up, and my family vacations were spent water-skiing and fishing on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky. When I moved to Los Angeles, my weekends revolved around the beach. Whether I’m in the pool, on the lake, or staring out at the vastness of the ocean, there’s just something about the water that feels like home to me.

Where do your brightest ideas come from?

Traveling and curiosity. I love Nashville, the creativity and this community. That said, there are times when this city and the entertainment industry can make you feel like it is the only place to be. When I’m on a road trip or traveling domestically or internationally, I’m reminded that there is a massive world beyond this city, endless places to explore, and so much opportunity to learn from another person’s lived experience.

How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?

It really depends on how much time I have. If I only have a couple of hours, I like to move my body and get out in nature—usually by hiking one of our local parks. By mile two or three, I can feel the fog start to lift. If I don’t have time to hike, I’ll hop in the car, roll the windows down, crank up some great music, and sing at the top of my lungs while I drive (don’t be alarmed if you pass me on the road). But if I have a few days or more? I’ll book a trip. Nothing helps me reset like a change of scenery.

Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?

By the water, within nature,or around a table with my family and friends.

When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?

I’m at my best when I’m taking care of myself –mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically–when I’m present with the people I love, and when I’m creating something I’m passionate about. To stay in it, I intentionally make time for each on a regular basis.

Why did you choose Ampersand Studios as your workspace?

Initially I was drawn to the location and aesthetic, but I’ve stayed for the people. I love that this space welcomes creatives and business owners across industries –music, marketing, healthcare, tech, real estate, interior design, etc. I’ve met so many interesting people who are using their gifts and experience to make an impact in their area of expertise.
