Hello! I’m an artist and founder of ANITYA FANTÔME. ANITYA FANTÔME is a style and arts brand. I have a passion for art, design and fashion which all come together in my works. My art highlights how important it is to look outside of oneself, which is represented through the skeletons in my pieces.
What inspires/motivates you to get out of bed?
The two things that get me ready to start my day – my dogs bark and a hot latte. Starting my day off right always keeps me motivated and inspired. Having my dog as my partner, and some would say associate, adds to my inspiration.
What is the one thing you can’t live without?
Being creative. Having the freedom to express myself and my beliefs through art and fashion keep me going.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
Everyday life. It is easy to find inspiration when we take the time to see that it is all around us.
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
The experience of painting in the studio is like no other. Some good lighting and a canvas go a long way after feeling the weight of responsibilities.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in the vibration?
After early morning meditation I feel in the right headspace. It doesn’t end there! I continue to mediate throughout the day when needed to reset myself. Consistency is key.
Why did you choose Ampersand Studios as your workspace?
The idea of a space to call my own, while being surrounded by other creative people made it an easy pick.
