Who are you, and what do you do?
I’m Trevor Perkins, the founder of PERK PR & Creative Agency. The creative agency provides creatives and musicians with tailored press opportunities in today’s non-traditional market and assistance in general creative when it comes to branding, imaging, etc.
What’s something we don’t know about you?
Before founding my own company, I started with my roots within the journalism community. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to share conversations with several musicians and actors. Today, I contribute pop culture pieces and interviews to Fandom Daily.
What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
I moved to Nashville a year ago to push the boundaries of my company. When I wake up every morning, I’m motivated to keep going as I’ve seen significant success and growth since officially relocating to Nashville.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
Caffeine. It’s not healthy, but I thrive on caffeine and require it daily.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
The best and brightest ideas come from collaboration. I love explaining my vision and hearing other people’s input.
How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
I simply take a step back and revolt to figure out a positive solution to move forward.

I thrive and feel the best when I’m welcomed by a community that cherishes ideas and creativity.
