Meet &Nashville Member and Sprouthouse Agency Account Director, Maddy Plaster. Maddy is a force to be reckoned with! She leads Sprouthouse’s Nashville office and has been part of the Ampersand Studios community since its opening last year! Join us as we learn more about Maddy in this month’s Member Spotlight.
Who are you and what do you do?
Hi! My name is Maddy Plaster, and I work as an Account Director at leading our Nashville office. Our growing Music City team consists of myself and my three wonderful colleagues, Account Coordinators Grace Cortez and Peyton Dennis, as well as our COO Jesse Mann. Sprouthouse is a full-service communications agency that offers public relations, digital strategy, and creative services for effective brand storytelling while earning results for clients in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, and lifestyle industries. With over 20 team members based in ten markets, we service clients not only in those cities, including Nashville, but across the country (and beyond) in many other cities we know and love.
What’s something we don’t know about you?
I was on a reality TV show called Summer House when I was a PR intern in 2017– Bravo fans, where you at?!
What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
Telling the stories of my amazing restaurant, travel, hospitality, and beverage clients while alongside such a great team both in Nashville and virtually with our offices around the country.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
Friends, family, and a bowl of pasta.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
Brainstorming with my team, especially on OSA coffee walks with my Nash gals, Grace, Peyton and Danielle.
How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
I always get my best ideas after a relaxing shower or a tough Orangetheory workout!
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
The beach in Seaside, Florida.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?
I feel the best when I’m traveling or trying new restaurants! Tokyo is my next trip on the books, and I am counting down the days until our week-long adventure filled with sushi, ramen, and Tokyo style pizza (iykyk).
