Tell us a little about what you do.
I am the founder and owner of Muon Video. We started in Manhattan, and we provided event videography services to businesses and brands in the tristate area. Eventually we moved into offering our clients more content services. And now we operate in Manhattan and right here in Miami.
What inspires/motivates you to get out of bed?
What inspires me to get out of bed in the morning varies. Sometimes it’s the promise of coffee. Sometimes it’s a workout.
What is the one thing you can’t live without?
My guitar. Nothing relaxes me like playing along to recordings of bands I grew up with listening to like Jane’s Addiction and Guns N Roses.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
The best ideas never come from the same place for me. Some days, it’s a cool conversation I have with a stranger. Other days, it could be laying in bed thinking and dreaming.
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
Whenever I practice yoga, it’s a nice time to self-center and mellow out.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in the vibration?
I feel my absolute best after the gym. Going in and crushing a workout always elevates me. The gym is the best anti-depressant in the world.
Why did you choose Ampersand Studios as your workspace?
My best friend knew I was in the market for a space, she took one look at Ampersand, and encouraged me to take a look. It would suffice to say she was not wrong!
Tell us something we don’t know about you.
I’m a huge David Lynch fan. I must’ve rewatched Twin Peaks five times. It’s a very cool vibe.
