Tell us a little about what you do.
I’m multi-disciplined creator and the CEO & Co-Founder of Light Energy Labs, a Music Game-Fi company that works with stars to power the metaverse. We’re leveraging game engines to build the future of brand marketing and fan monetization alongside Grammy award winning producer, Timbaland.
What inspires/motivates you to get out of bed?
FEAR that someone else is getting the jump on me…mixed with a lot of mind priming exercises. Currently I wake up and listen to podcasts or audiobooks that help me find my center for the day. There’s a book called “Discipline Is The Way”, by Ryan Holiday, that I’d highly recommend.
What is the one thing you can’t live without?
Water and the internet.
Where do your brightest ideas come from?
Conversations with incredibly adept and inspirational people and hours of research.
Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
Somewhere near the water, away from people, with a lot of natural sunlight.
When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in the vibration?
I feel my best when I’m well rested, well fed and unbothered. Say “NO” more to stay in the vibration.

As a multipurpose work space, it really is a gem and the staff is incredible.
