1. Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Flavio Cabrera. I’m the founder and CEO of Flavsmedia, a full-service marketing and content creation agency based in Miami. We specialize in high-quality video production, branding, and social media strategies for businesses that want to stand out and scale fast. From luxury real estate to wellness brands and everything in between—we bring ideas to life through visuals and storytelling.
2. What’s something we don’t know about you?
Before starting Flavsmedia, I was juggling three jobs trying to figure out what I really wanted to do. I didn’t have a clear vision yet, but I knew one thing—I wasn’t going to settle. That season of hustle taught me how to outwork and outlearn anyone in the room, and it laid the foundation for the discipline I carry into my business today.
3. What inspires or motivates you to get out of bed?
The vision I have for my future. I wake up knowing that every action I take moves me closer to the life I’m building—for myself, my wife, and my team. I want to leave a legacy that inspires others to create their dream life with discipline, belief, and intention.
4. What is one thing you can’t live without?
My morning routine. It’s my foundation—coffee, journaling, visualization, and movement. It sets the tone for how I show up as a CEO, creative, and husband.
5. Where do your brightest ideas come from?
Honestly, in silence. Whether it’s during meditation, long walks, or early mornings at the studio—when I disconnect, my mind creates. That’s where the best ideas for campaigns, content, or business moves come from.
6. How do you spark your creativity when you’re feeling in a rut?
I change my environment. A walk, a new playlist, even just stepping into a different space can completely shift my energy. Or sometimes, I revisit the “why” behind what I’m doing—that always reignites the fire.
7. Where is your favorite place to decompress & unwind?
The pool area of my apartment at night or sitting at a quiet coffee shop in Miami. Both give me peace and clarity.
8. When do you feel your best, and what do you do to stay in good vibrations?
When I’m aligned—mentally clear, physically active, and spiritually grounded. I stay in high vibes by protecting my energy, being intentional with who I surround myself with, and practicing gratitude every single day.
